The former Eccolo space in Berkeley is back in action as Zut On Fourth. Executive chef Jim Wimborough is putting out a menu described as regional Mediterranean, while owners Denny Abrams and Rick Millikan have remodeled the space to include a sun room and a zinc bar, among other amenities.
